WWII Aircraft Show at the Livermore Airport

To honor Memorial Day, the Rossmoor Big Band performed at the Livermore Airport under the wings of a B-24 bomber from World War 2.
In addition to playing music, the band members also learned a bit about the importance of these planes during the second world war and about the bravery of the soldiers who flew in these planes.
Look out for Rossmoor Big Band’s next concert! On July 14, the band will once again be honoring those who have fought for our nation at the Lafayette Reservoir.
Tribute to The Troops – July 14th 2018 show at the Lafayette Reservoir
The Rossmoor Big Band’s upcoming performance is the Tribute to the Troops performance at the Lafayette Reservoir on July 14. The picnic and concert lasts from 5pm to dusk and is free. Feel free to spend the evening listening to music and honoring the veterans!
